Baked Brie with Caramel and Mac Nuts

A perfect pairing of savory and sweet.  Pick out some of your favorite crackers and pop a wheel of Brie cheese into the oven at 350 deg until just melted, approx 5 mins. When the Brie comes out of the oven top it with 1/2 cup chopped mac nuts and drizzle with Caramel sauce. Slice a few apples to use as crackers.
